Her desire to carve her own path led her to establish ventures like Belle Make Up & Salon Academy, Kasba, and the Vandana Training Institute (VTI).
Living in a rural setting, Vandana keenly felt the limitations placed on women’s aspirations in her community. This realization fueled her passion to create opportunities for others facing similar challenges. Through her ventures, Vandana has trained over 2000 rural women in diverse skills such as macrame art, terracotta jewelry making, and makeup artistry. These endeavors are not merely about imparting skills; they are about fostering self-esteem and independence, empowering women to pursue their dreams with confidence.
